hi jack! its been a while i dah tak lawat page ni. ok first of all jack. what do u want to gain? what is your objective of having an event?branding purposes or CSR? how does this event will be position in your brand? or plainly u just want to throw money down the drain?
first and foremost to create an event, u must have a skeleton layout.
A) Pre - event : how you want to leverage the event? source? what is the scale of the event? what is your direction? do u have media sneak peak program?
B)Event - : Business Objective?
C)Post - event : Sustanence program? milestone?
So kita fikir apa yang kita nak gain? apa? fikir fikir? fikir di luar kotak! so what is the point of having an autoshow event? tell me the ROI? basically nothing. branding? i dnt see any progression in branding?
Part 2, Ni yang penting. Jangan jadi chachamarba punya organizer. Kena ada organisasi yang betul.
